K honestly. Give it up. If you have Black Veil Brides plastered on EVERY cover, then it's time to shut-her down. Make a pop magazine! That's where you're leaning towards. Like honestly, the only good shit you got in there is Avenged Sevenfold. Where's Marilyn Manson? He just came back and you don't have shit? He should be front cover in an issue! Like you'll NEVER be like Revolver, because secretly, they all hate BVB and MCR ect. and KNOW what REAL music is. Pussy bands they're called , those two. Where's bands, real bands, like Green Day, MORE Avenged Sevenfold [Who deserve it as a whole.], Marilyn Manson, Rise Against[PROMOTE them at the least], Disturbed ect? Just because you throw in Metallica, doesn't mean you're going to have the real great rockers like Gene, Angus Young, Steven Tyler. And you know, why are all the singers the only ones that get credit? Last time I checked Afterlife wouldn't be as an impressive song is Syn Gates and Zacky and The Rev weren't in it? I only buy this issue when I see some bands that I love mentioned or I won't get it.. and when I do, I skip like 80% of the pages cause they are filled with bullshit. You can complain about how awful Kerrang Magazine is all you want but the only way to actually get the content changed is not to buy it at all. I've been buying kerrang since I was 15 years old, I am now 21 & have finally been forced to stop buying it because every issue just keeps getting worse & worse. Instead of interesting stories about different bands in every issue we're given top 100 lists of nothing of particular interest, take this week's issue for example, I'd much rather an interview with Periphery or gojira who both have released new albums recently than "the 50 greatest rockstars" which I'll just flick through 80% of. If you're sick of seeing YM@6 & BVB as much as I am, simply just don't buy K! when their sales drop they'll change, it seems despite people voicing complaints on this website each and every week they choose to ignore us, so hit them where it hurts in their pockets.

Rockstars today? maybe but rockstars in the world? still have to point to the word "today"... or not today but "these days" cuz good rock doesnt age, its classic and carried on, this new bands have their share of contribution but there are bands that will always -always- be the greatest forever and where are they? not in this list... makes me wonder?

It's funny how so many people talk shit about the new bands today. MUSIC AGES, Get over it. There are no bands like all those old bands. In each generation music is going to evolve/change a little. You may like it, You may not. But I'm guessing it's not like you'd even give these new bands a chance. All those older bands have had their time in magazines back in their day. They're still good, yes, But it's time for the next generation to be put in magazines & get a little spot light. There are many people who like them, So Stfu & get over yourselves; I don't see you in any magazines. They're trying to make it to, So give them props & respect them, Quit hating.

I met You Me At Six around October last year and Josh was my favorite at the time. He just said hey and that was it, he seemed to have a quite bit ego and I actually thought he was shy or something ._. Chris is shy. Dan, Matt and Max were the ones that seemed happy to meet the fans and they talked to me for quite a while. Max gave me an high five and Dan said he liked my hat, bracelets and shirt. They actually made an effort and stuff, which I was really happy about. Dan and Max are definitely my favourites now because they have a lovely personality and they are really fun. Fuck Josh to be honest :)

I just wanted to say, the peta advert in the magazine this week made me sick.

It's a cruel, hyportitical organisation that puts down thousands of animals a year.
Why on earth there was an advert in there is beyond me, when so many better animal charities exist.

It is disgusting and that (more than ym@6) is what would put me off buying your magazine. I just don't agree with peta being supported by anyone, it's fucking awful.

Seriously, "K!yourshitnow", I'd like to point on that Revolver is a METAL magazine. I would know, I get it every issue. That's where you are going to find Marilyn Manson and Slipknot. But here is for Punk, Rock, and Alternative. Black Veil Brides is no where near pop. And don't even start with My Chemical Romance alright? They've been in the buisness for over a decade, and they've fought their way to prove themselves. They don't get enough attention. But they'll tell you they aren't Metal, they aren't Hardcore, but they'll sure as hell tell you they aren't Emo either. And do you really think that people loved Green Day when they started out? No, they proved themselves too. And Kerrang has talked about their new albums. So before you hate on a magazine, realize that yes, certain magazines will have certain types of music.

Greenday became sellouts. A7X is starting to lose it. Trust me, they are good live, but their sound is starting to get generic, The only thing keeping them from sounding like every other band is M. Shadow's voice, which he will soon lose because its constantly being strained. I've been a fan of Avenged for a long time now and have gotten pretty tired of it. Cool dudes too, they just need to get their act together. And most of you are forgetting the key word, "TODAY." So no Steven Tyler (who can't sing anymore and sold out when he joined American Idol) or Metallica or anybody else around that era. If you guys hate this mag so much why bother complaining about putting these great bands on there. Kerrang sucks most times, (definitely not my favorite) but they aren't forcing you to read their magazine. Go read Revolver or Alternative Press for crying out loud and stop bitching about K! JUST DON'T BUY IT!!

Kerrang I love your magazine and I love bands like BMTH, BVB, YM@6,Lost Prophets and Paramore!!!

I love these bands because they write amaaaaaaazing music!
To even suggest that this "wanna be" BVB "Fearless Vampire Killers" have a rockstar that is cooler than Ashley Purdy is crazy!!!

When you first put them in Kerrang I was desperate to give them a listen,but their songs are rotten!!
BVB have Fallen Angels!!! It's amazing!
You me at six have 20amazing songs!
Bring me the horizon have Chelsea Smile and Anthem!!!

That is all Kerrang look for in a band now - image. That is why BVB are mentioned week after fucking week. Kerrang only care for the image and that is how BVB made it famous, they appeal to the 14 year old girls. Same with BMTH, famous due to image.

Let's be honest people - youmeatsix, Paramore, BVB etc, these are pop bands. As such kerrang has become a pop magazine more concerned with a bands image and the latest fad as opposed to the music.

Why doesn't everybody shut up about how shit Kerrang! is? If you didn't like it, you wouldn't be on THEIR WEBSITE & you probably wouldn't have even seen the magazine. I lost interest in Kerrang a few months ago when they started dropping the good music and adding whiney scenefags on the front cover, after reading a friends copy of this weeks Kerrang and reading this list I completely give up with the modern world.

Kerrang, instead of changing your image to fit what the 12 year old public want to here, such as BVB, YM@6 and ALT please remember who your original fans are and keep them up to date with bands such as Lamb of God, Trivium and Machine Head who were the reason we all began reading in the fucking first place.

i used to read kerrang when it first came out i still have them and remember the sky channel when it first came out (probably before most of you even heard rock/metal) i know how you have to keep appealing to the masses but you have missed out so many more deserving rock/metal icons today than 80 percent of the people on there you aint even got anyone from maiden if anything bruce dickinson need to be in at least the top 5 if not 1st i just dont see the respect given to the bands and people who have paved the way for metal. also WTF was chase and status at download download has gone downhill change it back to monsters of rock like it used to be

I don't know why you're hating on Black Veil Brides so much. Avenged Sevenfold had them open for them during the Buried Alive tour. And they aren't a "pussy" band thank you very much. Andy Biersack broke two ribs and shattered another halfway through a concert, got back up, and finished the freakin concert.

Kerrang has become all about pop style punk and not rock like it says it does to be honest i think scuzz was always better than you. Live life loud? Just because some one likes pop punk doesn't mean that they are not rock fans for example my fav band is Blink 182 but i love Megadeth , Metallica , Iron Maiden , The Offspring and Slipknot ect. ect. so will people just fucking stop hating for no fucking reson
