Green Day to release career-spanning boxset

Green Day will preceed their new album trilogy with a boxset of their previous efforts.

The Studio Albums: 1990-2009 will collect all of the band's previous, um, studio albums in one eight-disc boxset, which is available for pre-order now from www.greenday.com. The set is released in the UK on August 27.

¡Uno!, the first of the hat-trick of new records, will be released on September 24.
