Randy Blythe trial date set

Reports in the Czech Republic are claiming that the Municipal Court has set a court date in the Randy Blythe manslaughter case.

Blythe will face trial on Feburary 4, 2013, reports the Prague Post, after being indicted on manslaughter charges following the death of a fan at a Lamb Of God show in 2010.

"We have issued Randy Blythe with a court summons, and he is obliged to attend the hearing in person," court spokeswoman Martina Lhotáková is quoted. "The trial will determine the culpability of Blythe, and his potential punishment."

Kerrang! will bring you more as it becomes available.

Hate their music, but the man did absolutely nothing wrong.

I agree, from what I've read in Kerrang! he didn't do anything wrong.

Czech Republic, leave our Randy Blythe alone, he did nothing wrong!

What reason would he have to kill someone, he doesn't, therefore he wouldn't, so let him carry on making the awesome music along with the rest of the band!
