Tenacious D are working on a new album: “We gotta do it this year”
Ahead of this month’s Spicy Meatball arena tour, Kyle Gass has confirmed that Tenacious D have been working on a new album – the follow-up to 2018 fourth LP Post-Apocalypto.

Michigan metalcore gang, I Prevail, have teamed up with Tenacious D's Kyle Gass for the video of their track, Already Dead.
In the video, it has Gass sitting in some kind of dingy apartment flipping the band off while watching a live stream on his computer, basically trying to troll them in classic keyboard warrior style.
"We wanted to make a video for Already Dead because it gets a great reaction live and is so much fun to play," said guitarist Steve Menoian. "When Kyle Gass agreed to collaborate with us, it became a bucket list dream come true."
