Marilyn Manson has been rushed to hospital after a stage prop fell on him while he played at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC on Saturday night. He was hurt when two large gun props held together with scaffolding fell onto him while he played Sweet Dreams.
Pictures on Twitter suggest he was trying to climb up the guns before they fell on him. Twitter users present at the show say he was lying on the stage for a full 15 minutes before he was taken to hospital.
A spokesman told Rolling Stone magazine: “Manson suffered an injury towards the end of his incredible NYC show. He is being treated at a local hospital.”
