Stand Atlantic have unveiled an absolutely ace cover of Chemical by Post Malone.
The Aussies have tackled Postie’s mega 2023 single from his fifth album Austin, for triple j’s Like A Version series.
And as Bonnie Fraser says in a behind-the-scenes look at the cover, “I hope he thinks we did it justice in some way and that we didn’t ruin his song, because it is beautiful and the original slaps hard.”
This new cover arrives ahead of much more new Stand Atlantic in 2024: the band are set to drop new album WAS HERE on August 23. Then, the month after that they’ll be coming over to the UK and Europe for their biggest-ever shows here. May we request this for the setlist, plz?
