MGK performs medley of three songs with three instruments on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Watch Machine Gun Kelly perform a three-song medley on Jimmy Kimmel Live! using three different instruments.

Ahead of the release of his upcoming Tickets To My Downfall musical this month, Machine Gun Kelly hit Jimmy Kimmel Live! for a very cool three-song x three-instrument musical medley.

The pop-punk superstar opened up the performance with an awesome piano rendition of Drunk Face and the Operation Ivy homage All I Know (the Tickets To My Downfall track featuring Trippie Redd), before seamlessly transitioning into lead single Bloody Valentine to close out the medley.

MGK switching things up between tracks just sums up his attitude that versatility is key – something that was exemplified in his move to pop-punk following four rap/hip-hop records. “I wanna start out by saying that I would like to normalise how we think about doing multiple types of music,” he told Kerrang! last summer. “I didn’t ‘switch genres’; I’m versatile, and the wall isn’t boxed in. I would like to send good energy and appreciation to people doing things that go against what is an imaginary box that someone too scared to break out of puts around you. I would like to project creativity and love, rather than limitations. Limitations cause you to look at me with my pink nails and believe that this same hand won’t punch you in the face, right? Limitations would cause you to believe that, because I’ve put out four albums that are rap, I shouldn’t put out a fifth album that’s not rap.”

As well as the medley, it was confirmed that Downfalls High will be arriving on January 15 (which, understandably, made the internet very happy):
