Nandi Bushell Responds To Dave Grohl’s Drum Challenge With Brilliant Them Crooked Vultures Cover

Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and 10-year-old Nandi Bushell's drum-off continues…

The most fun internet drum-off ever continues as 10-year-old star Nandi Bushell has responded to Dave Grohl's challenge to cover Dead End Friends by Them Crooked Vultures.

Rewind to earlier this week, and Nandi had shared an absolutely awesome cover (as she always does) of Foo Fighters' smash single Everlong, letting their frontman know, “Mr. Grohl, I would love to have a drum battle with you.”

After Dave dutifully responded with a short performance of Everlong and then a full rendition of Dead End Friends, Nandi has now tackled the Them Crooked Vultures track.

“It was an honour to be part of the most epic rock in battle in history!” she says. “With the most awesome, fun, kind and legendary Dave Grohl! Thank you for giving me this incredible opportunity. I am extremely grateful. The Rock Gods of old are happy!”

A true gent, Dave then replied that Nandi had won “round one… but it ain't over yet!”

“Buckle up, ’cause I have something special in mind…” he teased.
