Young metal bands, get your demos ready: there's a new talent agency that you'll want to join.

Chris Adler, drummer of Richmond, VA, thrash metal heavyweights Lamb of God, has announced the launch of his new talent agency, Kintsugi Management.

According to Chris, "The Kintsugi mission is to create and redefine modern pathways to achievement. I have the capabilities, connections and knowledge to guide musicians through the ins and outs of the industry."

Kintsugi--named after the Japanese process of repairing pottery with lacquer and powdered precious metals--already has its first client: UK death metal band Dyscarnate, whose 2017 album With All Their Might greatly impressed the drummer.

During a guest appearance on the Unstoppable Recording Machine podcast, Chris, who has also played drums with Megadeth and Protest The Hero, said, "I really wanna help these guys because they are incredible and they're still friends...And I see 'em playing to 12 people for a bag of chips, and it's, like, man, that shit will burn you out so fast, and there's so much talent in this band that I wanna kind of help ensure that they have the ability to have somebody else doing the fighting while they continue to be friends as long as possible and keep writing stuff."

Check out Kintsugi Maganement's website and Facebook page for more details.
