Byron Bay brutes Parkway Drive have announced that their upcoming Viva The Underdogs: European Revolution 2020 tour has been postponed until later this year.

The continental trek was due to kick off on April 1 in at Hamburg Sporthalle, but the tour has been rescheduled for the tail-end of 2020, now starting at München Olympiahalle on November 13.

The band will still be joined on the new tour by Hatebreed, with Crystal Lake so far replacing the previously announced Stick To Your Guns and Venom Prison.

All original tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled dates, which you can see below.

Last week, Parkway released a statement that they were doing all they can to not cancel the tour completely.

"To all our European fans," the band said via a statement on Twitter, "as you have probably figured out by now, several of our upcoming EU shows will be directly affected by the bans most European countries have imposed on larger events.

"We are doing our best to assess this rapidly changing situation and our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to find the best possible solution to this, so we can bring the biggest Parkway Drive shows in our band's history to your part of the world!"
