5 Seconds Of Summer have revealed a new video for their track, Jet Black Heart – get yourself some tissues, as things get emotional.

The band asked their fans to help make the video, as they wanted to hear their stories and this is how the responded. Jet Black Heart is taken from the Aussie pop-punks’ latest album Sounds Good Feels Good, which is out now via Capitol Records.
