Amigo The Devil, the darkest and most metal folk act out there, is about to have a busy year.

Amigo The Devil Announces Massive North American Headlining Tour With King Dude and Twin Temple

Danny Kiranos, AKA Amigo The Devil, the banjo-and-acoustic guitar-slinging “murderfolk” artist who arguably plays music that’s heavier than death metal -- and consistently performs alongside metal acts -- has just announced a massive North American tour with King Dude and Twin Temple as supports.

Here’s the gorgeous tour poster, with art by Converge’s Jacob Bannon:

This morning, Danny spoke exclusively with Kerrang! to share his elation about the tour:

“It’s just complete and pure excitement. This is one of those tours where every night for over a month I get to hang out with and watch two bands that I greatly admire. On top of that, having Jake Bannon do the artwork for the tour...it’s just a giant grateful bomb for this whole thing.”

This tour comes after he finishes his other massive tour opening for Dropkick Murphys, Clutch, and Hatebreed, so if you’re anywhere in North America, chances are you’ll get at least one chance to see him play.
