Corey Taylor Slams Holocaust Deniers

Slipknot’s Corey Taylor takes aim at deniers of the holocaust and slavery

Corey Taylor has shared his views on people who deny the holocaust and slavery.

The Slipknot frontman posted the angry tweet shortly after retweeting a NowThis video that appears to show someone trying to light a synagogue on fire and sharing a USA Today news story about a Florida principal who “refused to call the Holocaust a ‘factual, historical event’” because “‘not everyone believes’ it.”

I’m gonna say this for the fuckers in the back: JUST BECAUSE YOU DON’T BELIEVE SOMETHING IS REAL, THAT DOESN’T MEAN IT ISN’T REAL,” tweeted Corey.

Denying things like the Holocaust. slavery, etc is a travesty to the memory of the survivors and disrespectful to the people who fought for them.”

Corey’s tweet comes the week after metal supergroup were dropped by Relapse Records for thanking a holocaust denier in their liner notes.

Slipknot’s new album We Are Not Your Kind will be released August 9 via Roadrunner Records. Pre-order your copy now.
