Dave Grohl Will Appear On The 50th Anniversary Season Of Sesame Street

This already looks amazing.

Dave Grohl is no stranger to the world of The Muppets, and now it looks like he’ll be joining forces with them once more for the 50th anniversary season of Sesame Street.

The Foo Fighters frontman – who most recently appeared on The Muppets in 2015 – will apparently be playing a song with Elmo and Big Bird in the show, though few other details regarding the appearance are available.

Foo Fighters Live have sourced a couple of pictures already (and also revealed that this season of Sesame Street “will show some of the Muppets traveling across the United States, visiting kids in their own neighborhoods”) – and it looks like it’s not to be missed!

Sesame Street’s 50th season will be premiering on HBO, and it set to run right through to December 2019.

In the meantime, let’s enjoy how great this was:
