Death Blooms fan refused Airbnb over band’s aggressive, disturbing” music

Death Blooms have responded by printing up merch with the host’s comments…

A Death Blooms fan was left hanging by an Airbnb host when she told them the reason for her stay. Having booked the property in Bristol ahead of the band’s show at the city’s Exchange venue on September 21, the host asked who fan Kayleigh was going to see. Having looked into the band, the stay was cancelled, with the owner citing their aggressive, expletive-riddled and disturbing” music and lyrics.

Death Blooms have backed the fan after they put the conversation online, printing up merch with the host’s beef as the backprint. They’ve also had a word about the alleged case online with Airbnb.

Some very cynical people might say this fuss is very unlikely and rather convenient for a band with a tour and album happening over the next month or so. All we know is that it’s a good time to mention that the band are on tour in the UK now, and that their Life Is Pain album is coming out on October 22.
