The latest from the Long Island, NY-based metallic hard rock crew is almost as obliterating as the track itself.

Exclusive: Moon Tooth Destroy All In New Video

Moon Tooth walk that perfect line between metal and hard rock that is truly destructive. The Long Island, NY, quartet have all the grind and groan that one wants from a heavy metal track, but their use of clean vocals, uplifting riffs, and humongous choruses save them from the acrobatic and esoteric sides of the genre. As such, they land smack dab on the tectonic fault line that divides the rabid underground from the fist-pumping masses, so that fans of both Strapping Young Lad and Deftones will find parts of their music to get down to.

The video for the band's new track Trust is a perfect distillation of that destructive sound. A sort of gonzo porno for people who like to hurl fragile items across the room, the video, made for the first single from their upcoming album Crux, presents a hermetically sealed construction zone where the band can set up, adorn, and then smash all the stuff that you've ever wanted to break yourself. The cathartic thrill this provides for the headbanger's inner child is deeply satisfying, and reminds one of the glory days when they listened to extreme music for the pure violent fun of it.
