Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump To Perform At Virtual Animal Shelter Fundraiser
This weekend, Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump will be performing at a virtual fundraiser for Chicago animal shelter One Tail At A Time.
The vocalist/guitarist will be appearing at Summer Shake Up as the musical guest according to Block Club Chicago, with other fundraising endeavours including “cocktail demonstrations, a raffle and performances from the winners of a video contest”.
“Relax. Unwind. Save Lives!” say the event organisers. “Join One Tail At T Time for our virtual Summer Shake Up, presented by Barks N’ Rec & TheK9PT – Canine Rehabilitation & Wellness! To keep life-saving going during a time when most other fundraising events are cancelled, the OTAT Associate Board is ‘shaking things up’ by making this year’s annual Summer Shake digital…”
While it’s not known how long Patrick’s set will be or what he’ll play, the frontman did feature in another livestream with bandmate Pete Wentz in June.
The duo tackled acoustic renditions of mega-hits Sugar, We’re Goin Down and Centuries for the Cisco Live! online event – both of which went down incredibly well. So we’d be more than happy to see the same again, tbh.
