Five Finger Death Punch To Be Sued By Label?
This could get messy…
Reports suggest Five Finger Death Punch are being sued by their record label Prospect Park.
According to TMZ, frontman Ivan Moody’s alleged alcohol addiction has lead Prospect Park to accuse the band of, “shamelessly attempting to cash in before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate.”
It is also claimed that the members of 5FDP admitted they were rushing their new record before “Ivan does something stupid — dies — goes away to jail.”
However, the band have fought back by saying Prospect Park is “desperately trying to use 5FDP as leverage” to sell off the label. Once we have more news on this breaking story, we’ll bring it to you.
