Foo Fighters postpone Forum gig due to COVID-19 case within their team

Foo Fighters have announced that they are postponing their show at The Forum in Los Angeles as a member of their organisation has tested positive for coronavirus.

Dave Grohl and the gang were set to play the iconic venue's first full-capacity show since the pandemic, but will be announcing a new date ASAP rather than the planned date of July 17.

"Despite having made every effort to follow CDC COVID protocols and local laws, there has been a confirmed COVID-19 case within the Foo Fighters organisation," reads a statement.

"Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the safety of the band, crew and most of all the fans, Saturday's show at the Los Angeles Forum is being postponed to a later date. The new date will be announced shortly. Tickets for the July 17 date will be honoured for the new date."
