Ghostemane Announces New Album, ANTI-ICON
Having already teased the release of his new album ANTI-ICON with a truly lovely video of a corpsepainted orgy in a morgue, genre-defying rapper Ghostemane – real name Eric Whitney – has now confirmed the record’s release date, tracklisting, and has unveiled a fiery teaser on top of all that.
Ghostemane’s eighth full-length – the follow-up to 2018’s N/O/I/S/E – is due out on October 21, with the star explaining how it takes in, “The rise and fall. Ecstasy in pain. The fragility of the quiet moments after the crash. The deafening silence filling your brain, forcing you to scream it away. The battles raging inside you. That’s the sound of ANTI-ICON.”
