Iron Maiden Add Final Dates To Legacy Of The Beast 2021 European Tour
Iron Maiden clearly have live music on the brain right now, having recently unveiled details of a brand-new live double-album, and now announcing the completed run for next year’s Legacy Of The Beast Tour.
The metal legends have stated that this will be the final leg of their brilliant career-spanning run, with four new dates in Europe rounding off the busy schedule in June and July.

Bruce Dickinson and co. have now added new dates in Switzerland, Croatia, Hungary and Germany to the summer tour, with Lord Of The Lost supporting them on the former three dates, and Sabaton and Airbourne appearing as special guests in Germany.
“This completes the Legacy Of The Beast Summer 2021 touring schedule and no further dates will be added,” the band write. “As always there will be an exclusive pre-sale for Iron Maiden fan club members at the appropriate time.”
Of course, Maiden were forced to scrap their touring plans this year due to coronavirus. Originally booked for Download Festival 2020, manager Rod Smallwood explained back in May that, “Re-arranging the headline festival dates has unfortunately not been possible. This is mainly because we already had an extremely busy year lined up for 2021 and, as I’m sure you can imagine, a great deal of forward planning has already gone on and there’s only so much we can do within the timeline and logistics already in place.
“The band enjoy playing at festivals so please be assured we will get back to as many of these as we can at another time.”
Iron Maiden’s upcoming Nights Of The Dead, Legacy Of The Beast: Live In Mexico City album is due out on November 20 via Parlophone Records.
