Knocked Loose Release New Song, Trapped In The Grasp Of A Memory

A new track by Kentucky hardcore crew Knocked Loose has surfaced on YouTube.

If you’re not already excited for the new Knocked Loose album, A Different Shade Of Blue, then perhaps this will change your mind: the band have just dropped released a new single, titled Trapped In The Grasp Of A Memory, via YouTube. You can watch it below.

As you’ll hear, the track definitely has all of the massive, bludgeoning heaviness of the previous singles from the album. What’s interesting about this one is the changes in rhythm on the track — one minute, it’s pure lumbering breakdown; the next, it’s agitated and bouncy. Weirdly enough, the date on the YouTube video says it was posted in June, so maybe they only made it public now.

Knocked Loose’s A Different Shade Of Blue comes out August 23rd on Pure Noise Records, and is available for preorder.
