Korn Frontman Jonathan Davis Releases Video For Basic Needs

It’s as close as I get to writing a love song,” says the vocalist.

Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis has released a video for the song Basic Needs.

The track is taken from his solo album, Black Labyrinth, which was released earlier this year through Sumerian Records.

Basic Needs is essentially as close as I get to writing a love song,” Davis explains. “It also gave me a chance to explore different instruments and styles of world music, and step outside of what may be considered ‘the norm’. The two other videos I’ve released for this record have been telling a story in reverse. This video continues that pattern.”

Davis is currently on tour in the US. Catch him at the following venues:

02 Nashville, TN – The Cowan
03 Pensacola, FL – Vinyl Music Hall
04 Tampa, FL – Orpheum Theater
07 Pittsburgh, PA – Mr. Smalls
08 Flint, MI – The Machine Shop
10 Lexington, KY – Manchester Music Hall
