Eight different bands will be playing this year’s Fireball: Fuelling The Fire tour

The Hottest Band finalists have been announced for this year’s Fireball: Fuelling The Fire tour.

A different local band will be opening each show, headlined by Less Than Jake, and at the end of the tour one band will be crowned Fireball’s Hottest Band 2020.

The finalists are as follows:

September 19 in Sheffield: Frank Grimes And The Disasters
September 20 in Leeds: This Time Last Year
September 21 in Birmingham: Like Giants
September 23 in Manchester: Well Done You
September 24 in Newcastle: Belle Elmore
September 25 in Glasgow: Crashes
September 26 in Bournemouth: Weatherstate
September 28 in London: Millie Manders And The Shutup

“We’re so proud to announce the strongest group of finalists our hottest band competition has seen so far,” says Matt Reynolds from Fireball.

From all the entries that I have listened to, I must say it’s very evident that the UK scene is incredibly strong at the moment, now I can’t wait to hit the road in September to finally get to see our finalists live and crown Fireball’s Hottest Band 2020!”

These bands join the lineup alongside Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, Save Ferris, Thieves Of Liberty and DJ Matt Stocks.
