My Chemical Romance members love this Black Parade LEGO set idea

My Chemical Romance’s Frank Iero and Mikey Way have shared a fan’s idea for a Welcome To The Black Parade LEGO set.

Rock and metal fans could soon be very busy building all sorts of LEGO sets: following on from the concept of a Rammstein stadium show, a My Chemical Romance fan has designed the float from the band’s Welcome To The Black Parade video in little brick form (so should it be Welcome To The Brick Parade?!).

Frank Iero and Mikey Way both shared the awesome new LEGO IDEAS design by VNMBricks which depicts a parade float from the music video of Welcome To The Black Parade, in which the band sings the song while becoming a part of the Black Parade.

The build contains just under 600 pieces, and measures in at about: 9in L, 5.5in W, and 4in H! It also includes all five members of the band at the time: Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Ray Toro, Frank Iero, and Bob Bryar!”

Posting an image of the design on Instagram, Frank wrote: Ok so it has come to my attention that regular people can come up with ideas for LEGO sets and upload them onto the LEGO site where they get voted on. If these ideas get enough votes or supporters LEGO will try and develop these ideas into actual legit LEGO sets for their toy line. This is at least how it was described to me…

Anyway, some amazing maniac that goes by the name VNMBricks (sik name, i see what you did there) came up with the concept for a My Chem Black Parade float LEGO set and I’m losing my mind at how crazy rad it is! I for one have already gone to the LEGO website and voted for this thing because it would be the greatest experience getting to build this with my son, Miles. If you also think this would be a rad LEGO set to own and build with your kids, parents, friends, goldfish, or alone by yourself in the dark then you too can have your voice heard by going and voting for this MCR BP float…”

Hell yeah! Support this LEGO product idea right here.
