Panic! At The Disco Win Favourite Alternative Rock Artist Award
At last night’s American Music Awards, Panic! At The Disco beat Imagine Dragons and Portugal. The Man to win Favourite Alternative Rock Artist.
Brendon Urie and co. weren’t actually there to take home the prize – but they still joined in the fun all the way from Sydney, Australia, by paying tribute to Queen with a cover of Bohemian Rhapsody for the awards. “If there is one song that I wish I would’ve written myself, it’s Bohemian Rhapsody,” says Brendon. “Freddie Mercury’s genius is clear from the very first note to the last and I’m honoured to be able to pay tribute to Queen with my performance.”
Check it out.
