The Menzingers Have Finished Recording Their New Album
Exciting news! The Menzingers have confirmed that they have finished recording their new album.
In a post thanking friends, family and fans for birthday wishes (Happy Birthday, Greg!), singer and guitarist Greg Barnett revealed that the follow-up to 2017’s incredible After The Party had been completed this past Friday, though he didn’t specify any sort of release date.
The band themselves also took to Instagram to state that they had finished up their time in the studio following the past six weeks, and they’re “beyooooond excited to get these songs out there”. Coincidentally, we’re also beyooooond excited to hear them…

Thanks y’all for the birthday wishes. It really means a lot and reminded me of all the incredible friends and family I have in my life. We finished our album on Friday and then Sarah and I high tailed it to Long Island to hang with my Dad for his surprise 60th birthday party (he’s April 16th, I’m the 14th). My brother left his very pregnant wife Kara for the night in a bit of a panic but it worked out, my future niece didn’t make her appearance yet. We drank a lot of beer and whiskey. It was a fantastic birthday. I love you all.
The Menzingers will be returning to the UK next month to headline the Dickies Stage at Slam Dunk Festival. Check out the full line-up below.
