The New blink-182 Album Will Not Be Out Before Warped Tour

According to bassist Mark Hoppus, there will be no new blink-182 album in June – but there is an announcement coming Friday…

While we’ve all been waiting in anticipation for the new blink-182 album to arrive ahead of this year’s Warped Tour’s 25th anniversary show in Atlantic City, New Jersey, it looks like new music sadly isn’t that close.

In a short tweet replying to a fan on Twitter, bassist Mark Hoppus said “no, sir” when asked if the follow-up to California would drop in June, before then tweeting: “Sometimes people like to complain without knowing the whole picture. Just wait until Friday…”

HANG ONWHAT’S HAPPENING ON FRIDAY?! No idea – but we don’t have long to find out…

Either way, we’ve still got new blink-182 music to tide us over until news of the full album does arrive – stream latest single Blame It On My Youth if you haven’t already done so below:
