While the timeline of hit Mötley Crüe biopic The Dirt ended before the Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson sex tape scandal, the incident is set to be covered in new Hulu TV series Pam & Tommy (currently a working title).

Tommy and Pamela will be played by Marvel's Sebastian Stan and Lily James (of Downton Abbey) in the new show according to Deadline, with Seth Rogen down to play the guy who stole and leaked their infamous honeymoon sex tape; he is also producing the project along with Evan Goldberg and Dylan Sellers.

The eight-episode series will start shooting in spring 2021, with the Baywatch star and Crüe sticksman not involved, though they are reportedly aware of it. Deadline reveal that the timeline of Pam & Tommy will include "a big focus on their relationship going back to their whirlwind romance that started with them marrying after only knowing each other for 96 hours in 1995".

Tommy and Pamela were an iconic, tabloid-hitting couple in the ’90s, divorcing after three years of marriage in 1998.
