Vile Creature Release New Song, You Who Has Never Slept

Exclusive: Listen to Vile Creature’s new track, You Who Has Never Slept, taken from their new album Glory, Glory! Apathy Took Helm!

Crushing doomers Vile Creature are premiering their new track, You Who Has Never Slept, exclusively with Kerrang!.

The track is taken from the duo’s new full-length album Glory, Glory! Apathy Took Helm!, which is scheduled for release on June 19 via Prosthetic Records.

The band were scheduled to play at the now-cancelled Roadburn festival today, performing their specially-commissioned piece A Hymn Of Loss And Hope with fellow doom merchants Bismuth.

“You Who Has Never Slept comes from a place of frustration; the culmination of years of letting emotions like apathy dictate how you interact with the world and finally striking back with everything you can muster,” say the band.

Musically it is the most versatile song we’ve ever done, both in tone and pacing. It incorporates elements found throughout the album, while standing out on its own. We are excited it is the first song people get to hear.”
