Oooooh…

The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Have Revealed 2019's Nominees

The nominees of 2019's Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame have arrived…

Up for induction at next year's ceremony (which is taking place on March 29 in New York) are: Def Leppard, Devo, Janet Jackson, John Prine, Kraftwerk, LL Cool J, MC5, Radiohead, Rage Against The Machine, Roxy Music, Stevie Nicks, the Cure, Todd Rundgren, Rufus & Chaka Kahn and the Zombies.

To be eligible, of course, the nominees' first single or album must have been released before (and including) 1993.

Last year, Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen told Blabbermouth of Def Leppard's then-snub at the HOF: “We’re a rock band that sold 100 million albums, most of them, actually, in America. We’re a real rock band, we’ve been together for 30, or nearly 40 years, and the fact that that’s not recognised is kind of a bit weird.”

At least that's been rectified now, sir!
