BLACKGOLD and FEVER 333’s Jason Aalon team up for Cypress Hill cover
Hear FEVER 333 frontman Jason Aalon and mysterious masked group BLACKGOLD cover I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like That by Cypress Hill.
Following their self-titled EP in May, BLACKGOLD are back with even more new music: a cover of I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like That by Cypress Hill, featuring FEVER 333’s Jason Aalon.
Says Jason of working with the mysterious masked band (and still not knowing their identities), as well as covering this song: "As many people already know, rap music is my first love and my mission to find a space to tastefully honour that in a rock’n’roll fashion is ongoing.
"So when I heard this rendition of I Ain't Goin’ Out Like That from the undercover homies BLACKGOLD I was so thankful to hear people holding guitars doing right by the funk and LA rap legends Cypress Hill. P.S. I genuinely don't even know who these foos actually are under them masks, but this cover goes hard so fuck it."
