Speaking about new song, vocalist Josh Mckeown explains it's about the idea of toxic masculinity and that men are taught from a young age to hide their feelings and emotions.

"That attitude can tear people apart," says Josh. "I’ve seen it happen to people. I've been scared of it happening to myself. It’s a subject that I‘ve particularly gravitated towards of late."

The song also takes inspiration from artist Grayson Perry's book The Descent Of Man, which takes a swipe at our male-dominated society.

Sleepless tracklist:

1. Hold Release
2. Stay Down
3. Ending Cycle
4. Willow
5. A Bird And Its Feathers
6. Islay
7. False Thirst
8. Brink
