Pearl Jam announce Dark Matter-verse experience in London
On Dark Matter release day, Pearl Jam are bringing an ‘immersive and interactive celebration’ to Outernet London.
Pearl Jam have just announced an awesome free London celebration for their impending 12th album Dark Matter.
The experience – cleverly entitled the Dark Matter-verse – will hit Outernet in the capital on release day, which is Friday, April 19. Described as ‘an immersive and interactive’ experience, the event will celebrate the entire history of the Seattle legends, with a press release describing how the venue will ‘come alive as a vibrant canvas of visual and audio content, for fans to be transported through time with career highlights, curated photo galleries, and electrifying live performance footage.’
Of course, as well as commemorating Pearl Jam as a whole, a big focus will be on the new record, with Dark Matter material getting aired via ‘360-degree spatial audio’ along with a ‘visual journey’ every 15 minutes in the Now Building.
The Dark Matter-verse is open from 2pm to 7pm.
