Travis Barker On Upcoming blink-182 Single Quarantine: "It’ll Be Like All Our Fan Favourites"

blink-182 drummer Travis Barker has given an update on new music from the pop-punk titans.

Back in May, Travis Barker confirmed that a new blink-182 song titled Quarantine was on the way, and he has now teased that it's coming "really, really soon".

Speaking to jdxn for MTV about the upcoming single, the drummer reveals that it's going to be "a blink favourite. It'll be like all our fan favourites. It's incredible."

Quarantine will reportedly be available ahead of the release of blink-182's long-talked-about collaborations EP featuring Lil Uzi Vert and Pharrell Williams, which Travis now says is going to be out "by the end of summer".

Quiz: How well do you know blink-182’s lyrics?

In the same interview, Travis – who is huge in the collaborations game, and worked with Machine Gun Kelly on the rapper's upcoming pop-punk album Tickets To My Downfall – discusses dream musical partnerships, with jdxn stating, "I tell Travis this all the time, but [late rapper] Juice WRLD, that’s my dream collaboration. I know he’s made a lot of music and you know, obviously he can’t make it the same as he would before but that’s just something that I would always dream of, even if it was an old song he recorded. But aside from that I actually really love Justin Bieber. And I think it’d be really cool to see what happens with the different styles of music. He’s the reason I started singing when I was a kid!"

To which Travis then responds: "I told jxden too… there’s a blink/Juice collaboration that hasn’t come out yet but it’s about to. I think it’ll come out on a blink project." Ooooh…
