It's here! After sharing the first poster and official release date last month, Lucasfilm and Disney+ have now unveiled a teaser trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Starring a returning Ewan McGregor as the beloved Jedi Master, our first proper glimpse at the new Star Wars series sees Obi-Wan stating in a voiceover, “The fight is done. We lost. Stay hidden…” Timeline-wise, the show begins 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith, with Hayden Christensen's Darth Vader also starring (though it seems as though only his iconic, terrifying breathing features in this teaser video).
The synopsis for Obi-Wan Kenobi reads: "The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat – the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader."
Obi-Wan Kenobi premieres on Disney+ on May 25 – watch the trailer below:
