grandson is back with new music and his biggest-ever global headline tour…

grandson is back with some huuuuuge news! As well as releasing his first new single since 2021, the alt. artist will also be heading on his biggest-ever headline tour.

Up first, speaking about new song Eulogy – which follows his 2021 collab with Kesha and Travis Barker, and 2020 debut album Death Of An Optimist – grandson explains that he wrote it “in the aftermath of a bad mushrooms trip this summer, which led me to scrapping my album and admitting to myself and others that I was struggling with fantasies of self-harm.

“It’s easy to feel nihilistic or cynical about the future,” he continues, “and there’s a strange comfort in indulging in the depressing absurdity of day to day life with the only people in the world that understand you.”

grandson will kick off his upcoming global tour in North America on May 12, before heading to Canada, Mexico, the UK and Europe. He’ll be joined on select dates by special guests K. Flay, De’Wayne, Jack Kays, No Love For The Middle Child and MONOWHALES.
