Are Deftones In The Studio Working On A New Album?

Could Deftones be working on the follow-up to 2016's Gore right now?

The Sacramento metal heroes have posted a couple of new pictures on Instagram suggesting that they're "back at it" – but whether that means that they're just jamming for fun, or actually writing new music, is yet to be confirmed. Fingers crossed it's the latter…

The band look set to have the next couple of months off before live shows again in May, and an appearance at Robert Smith's super-impressive Meltdown Festival in London in June (seriously, how great is that line-up?).

In the meantime, let's hope there's a ton of studio updates to come…
