Honey Revenge have shared a brand-new single, Hot Commodity.
Detailing the inspiration behind the duo’s latest bop, Devin Papadol explains that the song is about “shamelessly being you no matter what. Being different is what makes you a hot commodity and those that don’t understand will be the same people applauding your success when you reach your goals.”
Devin continues: “A ‘hot commodity’ refers to an asset that is currently in high demand, extremely popular, or highly valuable. It signifies something that is heavily sought after, often selling out quickly or being in short supply. There will always be people that want to take credit for your success, or say they’ve believed in you ‘since the beginning.’ The world will constantly try to force you into its moulds and expectations, but it’s vital to be your most authentic self.”
