In pictures: Loveless’ brilliant headline show at the Electric Ballroom in London
Here’s what it looked like when rising Los Angeles duo Loveless headlined Camden’s Electric Ballroom as part of their 2023 world tour…
Ahead of their UK headline tour in few months’ time, Loveless have unleashed a huge new single called I Hope I’m Not Sick.
One of the new bands we’ve been most excited about in 2023, Loveless, are going from strength to strength with their huge new single.
Entitled I Hope I’m Not Sick, the emo-pop banger reflects vocalist/producer Julian Comeau’s battles with mental health, and ultimately has an empowering message for listeners.
“I Hope I’m Not Sick came from a time when I thought my anxiety and depression were at their worst,” he says. “For years, I pretended I was fine and that everything was okay, even when I was dealing with excruciating mental anguish and the fear that it was never-ending.
“Writing this song allowed me to break free from that fear and accept that my mental illness is a part of me that I need to deal with head-on, and not be afraid to face it. I hope it brings others a similar solace.”
