Matt Heafy Turns Trivium's In Waves Into A Djent Song
Matt Heafy djented up a Trivium classic for his Twitch subscribers.
Trivium guitarist and vocalist Matt Heafy pulled off a pretty great djent version of his own In Waves while streaming on Twitch a couple of days ago.
Metal Injection coined the term "Djentrivium" for this occurrence, and as much as it pains us to admit that another rock news outlet might have bested us in any way, we're happy to concede that is an excellent turn of phrase.
