We like Mimi Barks a lot. Partly because, we never know what the German doom-trap queen is going to get up to next. When we hung out with her at a show in Berlin earlier this year, she got us to pick tattoos she was sorting for a pair of fans, but told us not to tell them what we'd chosen. That sort of thing.

Anyway, she's just announced a pair of specially handcrafted Mimi Barks dolls, made in partnership with London based artist AprilRose Art, and feature, among other things, detailed replicas of her tattoos.

“The outfit and make-up are inspired by my Graspop Metal Meeting 2023 Festival show look," she says. "The outfit is designed by up-and-coming designer Y.A.N.G. and customised by artist vaporkore who both live and create in the Hackney Wick creative warehouse district.”

Each doll is onsale for £235. If you want one – or to pre-order one of the 'Mystery Dolls' also up for grabs – head to her site.

Mimi Plays Misery Loves Company Festival in Bristol this Saturday, along with Twin Atlantic, YONAKA, Witch Fever, Heriot, The XCERTS and many more.
