Necrophagia got together in 1983 and split in 1987 after releasing just one full length album. In the late 90s, Phil Anselmo persuaded the band to reform, and - under the pseudonym Anton Crowley - wrote all the songs for and played guitar on on 1998’s Holocausto de la Morte. The band have since released four more records.
