The next wave of bands have been unveiled for this summer’s Outbreak Fest and All Points East crossover event at London’s Victoria Park.

Headlined by Deftones and also featuring the likes of IDLES and Amyl And The Sniffers, the August 23 one-dayer has now gotten even bigger, with the likes of AFI, Interpol, Salem, Mannequin Pussy and Ecca Vandal joining the line-up.

A press release describes how the festival is putting on a ‘celebration of boundary pushing sounds grouped together by one thing: a complete refusal to be classified. With a line-up of bona fide legends within their fields as well as leaders of the new school of experimentation, Outbreak Fest London 2026 provides a true insight into the landscape of amorphous music in all its forms and a unique festival experience unlikely to be found anywhere else.’

Tickets are on sale now. Check out the updated poster below:

Of course, Outbreak will mark AFI’s first UK performance since releasing last year’s excellent Silver Bleeds The Black Sun… album. In our 4/5 review, Kerrang! said that the record’s success comes from ‘the confidence with which AFI have gone all in, slipping the bonds of expectation once and for all and cutting loose’. We added that they are ‘older, bolder, hairier and doing things their way’, and that their ‘authenticity never goes out of style’.
