PVRIS Announce Spring North American Tour

Last year, PVRIS signed to a major label, released their highly-anticipated Hallucinations EP and announced that they would be putting out a full-length album early this year. The EP kicked off a heavy season of touring for the band, including runs with smaller, more intimate venues. Now, PVRIS have blocked out another section in their touring schedule.

On March 2, the band tweeted a link to a Spotify playlist titled 'USE THIS,' which many fans speculated might be related to the upcoming album. The playlist started off with just one song, 2016's You and I, and now also includes older PVRIS tracks Separate, Eyelids and Mirrors.

All this led up to March 3, when PVRIS announced the Use Me tour taking place in May and June.

The tour starts in Ohio and ends in Seattle, with a stop at Boston Calling Music Festival. They’ll be joined by Royal & the Serpent for the first half of the tour and by Eliza & The Delusionals for the dates after Boston Calling. Tickets will go on sale March 6 at 10 am local time.

The details for PVRIS's next LP haven't been announced, but vocalist Lynn Gunn recently gave an update.

"You should never expect the same thing twice from PVRIS," Lynn said. "There’ll be some similarities to our previous material, sure, but making music with a difference is something I’m focused on. You may notice familiar tropes with regards to the attitude of the songs and their production, but when it comes to the core of the songs themselves, I’m looking for every new song to exist in its own little world."
