First It Was Dookie… And Now Green Day Have Just Practiced Insomniac In Full

What’s going on?!

Last week, we were unbelievably stoked to see that Green Day had played 1994’s Dookie in full during band practice… for seemingly no reason whatsoever.

And now bassist Mike Dirnt has cheekily revealed that the three-piece have also had a run-through of 1995’s incredible Insomniac as well. Initially fans were presuming that the Dookie rehearsal was for a potential 25-year anniversary tour next year, but now Green Day are playing Insomniac too… well, quite frankly, we’re stumped. Could this mean two separate anniversary tours over the course of 2019 and 2020? Or are Green Day just fucking with us?

Who knows, but we’re excited to see what happens next…
