Here's an early demo of Rammstein's 2009 hit Pussy sung entirely in English. It's certainly different to the finished version...
Even those with just a passing interest in Rammstein know their song Pussy. You know, it's the one with Jonas Åkerlund's pornographic video (you can find a blurred-out version on YouTube) and the single artwork depicting the band as naked women. The one with the chorus of 'You've got a pussy, I have a dick.' Yes, that one.
And while those English lyrics are played for laughs in the German industrialists' satirical ode to sex tourism, this recently unearthed demo finds an entirely-English version of the song that manages to sound, well, even more pervy than the final product.

Suddenly hearing the words in the cold light of day – against a sonic backdrop that would eventually be repurposed for their 2012 B-side Gib mir deine Augen – frontman Till Lindemann's whispering about his willy just isn't as fun. Pussy hit #1 in the German charts when it was released, and it's hard to imagine this version being the monster hit we know today, being laughed at for all the wrong reasons.
