Slayer To Headline Icelandic Festival Alongside Stormzy, Gucci Mane And Bonnie Tyler
Slayer have been given the headlining spot at this year’s Secret Solstice festival, which will take place June 21st-24th in Reykjavik, Iceland. Slayer seem to be billed above the other headliners, grime hero Stormzy, the pretty brilliant Gucci Mane and, err, Bonnie Tyler?
Usually at mixed-genre festivals, there’ll be a metal band or two nestled midway down the line up, or maybe a metal stage à la Glastonbury, it’s strange to see a lone metal band headlining a mixed-genre festival when there’s no other metal anywhere else on the bill. Not that we’re complaining, it looks like it’ll be a good time!
