Fresh from supporting Pierce The Veil, Cavetown will be heading out for a giant headline run between February and April next year.
Cavetown has just announced his Running With Scissors 2026 headline tour.
Stopping off in Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines, Ireland, the UK and Europe, the run kicks off in February following the release of Robin Skinner’s forthcoming album Running With Scissors (which is dropping on January 16 via Futures Music Group).
Of course, fans recently got to see Cavetown at London’s OVO Arena Wembley supporting Pierce The Veil. In our review of the show, we said that Robin’s “songs gain a lovely third dimension when played live with his band. The crowd screams when Vic Fuentes appears for a vocal warm-up in the form of their duet A Kind Thing To Do, but later, toward the end, something switches. After Home receives a joyous sing-along (“You guys know it?” a flattered Robin asks), Boys Will Be Bugs and Deviltown seem to glow brighter and properly soar, and it might just move the needle of any newcomers who hadn’t quite come around yet.”

Tickets for the Running With Scissors 2026 tour are on sale now.
Cavetown has already released new single Tarmac, which Robin reveals was “the earliest to exist from the album. It’s one which lyrically just fell out when Orla [Gartland] and I wrote it together. We had to kind of figure out the meaning after letting the words choose themselves. We found it feeling relevant to the feeling of overwhelm and the experience of intrusive thoughts, which can come hand-in-hand for me. I hope people find something in Tarmac which resonates with their own experiences.”
