Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta Launches His Own Jasta Pasta

Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta has just launched his very own brand of pasta called – wait for it – Jasta Pasta.

The hardcore hero is branching out into the world of delicious carby goodness, releasing what has been dubbed Jamey's own "classic Italian semolina pasta". In what will be the first in a line "of many great pastas to come" is the excellently-titled Perseverance Penne, which the vocalist himself has praised is "the bomb".

A full description of Jasta Pasta reads: "In a food product as simple as pasta, using excellent flour is critical. Jasta Pasta flour is sourced from North Dakota, where some of the highest-quality Durum Semolina wheat is grown. The other ingredients we use are sourced locally, with an emphasis on small-batch productions. With respect to the artisan way, Jasta Pasta does not use mass ingredients for any of our gourmet pasta products."

When asked on Twitter about any signature sauces to complement Jasta Pasta, Jamey writes: "We’re trying to make Mille’s Marinara, Pepper’s Pesto & Kirk Ala Vodka!"
